Step #1: Does the picture you're looking at on Twitter clearly display a bare wiener? If so, you may be looking at Anthony Wiener or the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile.
Step #2: Does the wiener really stand out in traffic on Twitter? Is it promoting and advertising for it's owner? If so, you are likely looking at Anthony Wiener.
Step #3: Is the wiener filled with pig and cow skeletal muscle and by-products along with sodium nitrate? Then you are looking at neither former Representative Weiner, best known for his eponymous appendage, or the Wienermobile, which is just a modified truck.
