How to tell if you are in Wallonia or Stankonia

Step #1: Does the leader of the land you're in wear outlandish garb? You may be in Wallonia or Stankonia.

Step #2: Is someone apologizing to Ms. Jackson for making her daughter cry? If so, you are in Stankonia.

Step #3: Is someone trying to make the Flemish cry? If so, you are in Wallonia.
