How to really make a name for yourself

Step #1: Gather your social security card, birth certificate. and driver's license.

Step #2: Fill out a petition to change your name, with the new name you want to make for yourself.

Step #3: Bring the documentation with you, and file for the name change at your County Clerk's office.
